Responsibilities:
- Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure all asset records are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor asset additions, disposals, transfers, and write-offs, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Ensure all assets are properly tagged with unique identification numbers for efficient tracking and management.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets to ensure alignment with asset records.
- Work with auditors during fixed asset audits, providing necessary records and explanations.
- Collaborate with IT or other departments to streamline fixed asset management systems.
- Provide guidance to other departments on asset-related policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
1)- Ensure legal, regulatory, and customer compliance related to Health, Safety & Environment across the facility.
2)- Lead the implementation and continual improvement of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 management systems.
3)- Conduct regular HSE audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
4)- Plan and deliver HSE-related trainings, awareness sessions, and emergency preparedness drills.
5)- Monitor and report key HSE KPIs, drive sustainability initiatives, and contribute to internal and external audits.
