TheCitySchool is looking to fill the position of AM/DM Customer Services at their Northern Regional Office, Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- Custodian of the Communication/Helpdesk Northern Regional Office.
- Focal person for all of the queries, complaints received at Northern Regional office.
- Liaison with entire branches falling under the category of Northern Region (38 Branches in 17 Cities).
- Training and Onboarding of PROs (Parent Relation Officers).
- Technical Support for the 38 Professionals working remotely in Schools.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Working closely with the Marketing department w.r.t Lead generation and securing admissions.
- Custodian of Communication desk w.r.t Govt Regulatory Bodies.
- Regional Directorate North Secretarial tasks.
- Prime Minister Citizen portal complaints.
- Compliance, business development and uplifting of branches.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations for securing potential business.
- Will Maintain Contact Directory of Northern Regional Office and NR-Schools.
