The City School Jobs Accounts Coordinator:
We are looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join our team at the Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HO for the disbursement of approved HI budgets
- Validate expenses recorded against HI Account by Branch Accountant
- Extract and review invoice reports in the ERP system
- Record receipts in AR module according to the defined classification
- Conduct detail verification of vendors as per defined SOPs and register them in the ERP system
- Prepare and review Cash and Bank Reconciliations for HI Accounts of all Regional Schools and submit to HO on need basis
- Monthly closing of AP Module
- Withholding tax processing
