Position/Title: Product Development Executive
Department: Product Development
Location: Islamabad
• Perform the scoping of Business requirements through standard procedures
• To be aware of the Financial services/Branchless Banking regulations which govern the telco services in this domain
• Be familiar with the various nodes/enablers in the Banking environment for extending financial services to the market.
• To carry out product development of Financial services through external parties (including banks), vendors and internal teams
• Manage cross-functional project teams for project planning and implementation
• Initiate the enhancement of business functionalities and change requests (if necessary) of Financial services platforms from commercial in coordination with the IT/Technical team
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with service providers for enabling services with the consent of Legal, Procurement & other relevant teams
• To carry out and implement Quality assurance procedures for relevant products/services
• To manage the relationship, work processes and SLA’s of various stake-holders in the value chain including Telco, Solution-provider & Bank.

Key Responsibilties:
• Input into and execution of the marketing strategy.
• Creation and execution of marketing plans.
• Excellent understanding of social media and how to effectively utilize it to promote existing products and also for education of new products.
• Optimizing collateral, product definitions and digital assets to ensure markets are aware of and engaged with the product sets.
• Owning and driving the customer value proposition across all channels both online and offline
• Driving social campaigns across both paid and organic channels
• Work with various internal teams and external agencies to execute key digital campaigns
• Developing effective messaging and consumer journeys.
• Management of marketing campaigns (PR, social media, events, etc.)
• Creation and management of content and collateral.
• Work closely with the sales and product teams.
• Over time, potentially manage additional marketing resources as appropriate.
• Come with innovative and cost-effective ATL and BTL campaigns
