Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation and provide report to Head reconciliation for onward submission to senior management.
- To support each department, E-business team, Treasury, Finance etc. in resolving settlement and reconciliation issues
- Responsibility for the sign off and delivery of the daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations to Finance & senior management.
- Responsible for the delivery of all reconciliations where appropriate to the Clients within specified Service Level agreements.
- Ensure responding to disputes and ensure that all assigned reports are accurately and timely reconciled to show a true and fair view of processed transaction with partner organizations including banks, payment processing networks, and service providers.
- To ensure all queries from clients on payments and ensure they are resolved promptly
Experience & Education:
- Preferably a Master’s Degree/MBA from a reputable university.
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience
