Administrative Assistant (Contractual)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administrative and daily coordination tasks.
- Prepare and maintain office documentation & records.
- Create presentations or reports and take departmental meeting minutes.
- Followup with various departments on action items and ensure timely closure.
- Handle office correspondence and support scheduling of meetings or visits.
Experience: Fresh graduate with internship experience.
Education: At least bachelor’s degree
Competencies:
- Detail oriented and organized to manage the documents and reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point etc).
- Strong coordination and communication skills; verbal and written
- Proactive and self-driven to bring the solutions on desk.
- Ability to manage time & departmental stakeholders.
