Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in Fuel Station Operations or Retail
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Key Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in BTL activations and physical branding rollouts.
- Manage staff rosters, performance, payroll, and disciplinary actions.
- Train, coach, and motivate teams to achieve KPIs and reduce attrition.
- Oversee daily site operations, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure efficient fuel handling, tank lorry decantation, and inventory management.
- Maintain SOP compliance, preventive maintenance, and site operations standards.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions.
- Manage cash flow, credit sales, collections, and control operational costs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and complaint resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE, safety protocols, and regulatory require.
