Position: Senior Manager IT Operations
Job Description:
- Management of overall IT Operations in South Region (Karachi)
- Manage multi-functional operation teams handling enterprise infrastructure services.
- Prepare and review all service level and operational metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.
- Design, maintain and implement all IT processes according to operational policies.
- Ensure smooth running of enterprise infrastructure services.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of IT systems.
- Ensure tracking and resolution of reported issues within agreed timelines.
- Should be able to handle and manage escalations.
- Continuously work with other stakeholders to further improve the operational processes.
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk
- Periodically, present operational performance of the IT system to management.
- 10-12 years of experience with at least 5 years in team management role.
- Good technical knowledge in at least 1 of the following areas:
- data center technologies
- data networks
- Familiar with ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of Project Management or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Qualification: Bachelors in the field of IT is mandatory
