We are looking for a Palletizer Operator who will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines to ensure smooth and efficient functionality. The role involves ensuring that raw materials are fed into the machine according to the required package and plan. The operator will inspect cans for visible defects, such as dents or damage, and remove any defective cans before they enter the filling line. The position also includes maintaining daily equipment checklists, performing routine tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns during production. Additionally, the operator will observe machine operations and suggest ideas for power and cost reduction on machines and raw materials. Changeovers for different packages should be performed with minimal downtime, and fine-tune breakdowns should be minimized. The operator will follow instructions from the production supervisor, cooperate with the team to diagnose machine issues, and ensure maximum efficiency. Adhering to safety protocols and company policies is crucial to prevent accidents, and compliance with GMPs, AIBI, and quality standards must be maintained. All quality aspects within the area of responsibility must align with local quality procedures.
