𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞
We are looking for a Head of Design to lead the complete techno-commercial design and costing function for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects. This role will also be responsible for driving innovation within our product portfolio by introducing new products and services that strengthen SkyElectric’s overall offering.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
● Lead and manage end-to-end pre-sale and post-sale design & cos ng for C&I projects
● Drive innovation by conceptualizing and introducing new products and value-added services
● Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure design accuracy, cost efficiency, and seamless project execution
● Ensure design excellence aligned with technical standards, commercial feasibility, and customer needs

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
● Education: BS / MS in Electrical Engineering
● Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership or senior design role within energy, solar, or related industries

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬
● Strong techno-commercial understanding of C&I solar projects
● Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
● High level of innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
● Commitment to excellence in design, quality, and continuous improvement
