𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Develop and execute a regional channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and partners.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
Ensure alignment of partners with company goals, pricing, and policies.
Establish a strong and scalable distribution network across the Central and North regions.
Identify high-potential cities and markets for expansion.
Monitor partner performance and ensure optimal coverage and availability.
Strengthen dealer engagement through regular visits and business reviews.
Collaborate with marketing for regional campaigns and lead generation.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical, CX).
Guide and support field sales engineers and partner teams.
Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and regional reports.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
𝟔–𝟏𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry.
Proven experience in 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
Strong exposure to 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 in Pakistan.
Experience in managing dealers, distributors, and B2B sales.
