𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop and execute a regional channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Ensure alignment of partners with company goals, pricing, and policies.
- Establish a strong and scalable distribution network across the Central and North regions.
- Identify high-potential cities and markets for expansion.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure optimal coverage and availability.
- Strengthen dealer engagement through regular visits and business reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing for regional campaigns and lead generation.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical, CX).
- Guide and support field sales engineers and partner teams.
- Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and regional reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 𝟔–𝟏𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry.
- Proven experience in 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
- Strong exposure to 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 in Pakistan.
- Experience in managing dealers, distributors, and B2B sales.
