𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
As an Officer Field Engineer, you shall be responsible for the following duties during the course of your employment with the Company:
- Conduct visits to residential and commercial solar project sites to identify and resolve technical issues related to photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, electrical wiring, and associated components.
- Ensure accurate diagnosis and implement first-time-right corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize repeat visits.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers before and after site visits to ensure a seamless and professional service experience.
- Provide basic operational guidance and maintenance tips to customers to help prevent recurring technical issues.
- Accurately document all service activities in the designated systems (JSM/Salesforce) prior to leaving the site.
- Adhere to company-defined Root Cause Analysis (RCA) procedures to facilitate structured, data-driven troubleshooting and resolution.
- Ensure proper handover of faulty components such as inverters, solar panels, and accessories to the logistics or warehouse team as per company protocols.
- Raise travel requests in a timely manner for all outstation visits, in compliance with the Company’s travel and reimbursement policies.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
- DAE / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in solar PV system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, or field operations.
- Hands-on experience with residential and commercial solar projects, inverters, electrical systems, and site diagnostics will be preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM/service management systems such as Salesforce, JSM, or similar platforms is an added advantage.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
As a Management Trainee Officer (Field Engineering), you will:
- Assist in troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of solar energy systems.
- Conduct site visits and perform technical diagnostics.
- Learn and implement field protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely technical support.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain service excellence.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Fresher to 1 Year Experience).
- Willingness to travel and work in dynamic field environments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine interest in renewable energy and field operations.
