𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, analytical, and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background and an MBA, eager to apply data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced Solar EPC and BESS solutions environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Assist in preparing performance reports on sales, project deliveries, customer feedback, and operational KPIs
● Support the development of business strategies through financial modeling, market intelligence, and scenario analysis
● Create and present dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and key stakeholders
● Track the progress of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, identifying risks and delays
● Conduct product and pricing analysis in collaboration with commercial and technical teams to enhance competitiveness
● Leverage tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Workspace, and ERP/CRM platforms for reporting and process enhancement
● Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement teams to help execute strategic initiatives

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
● Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA (preferred)
● 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or operations
● Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
● Exposure to AI tools or automation for business processes is a plus
● Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
● Ability to work across departments in a fast-paced, evolving environment
● Understanding of EPC projects, renewable energy, or BESS technologies is a strong advantage
