WE ARE HIRING! CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
We are looking for Chief Financial Officer for one of our entities engaged in machine tools manufacturing business.
Requirements
- Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and plans aligned with company’s objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Provide insights to senior management on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital for operational and capital needs.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies for audits and compliance.
- Offer strategic financial leadership to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for financial risks, including currency exchange and credit risks.
- Chartered Accountant ACA, FCA or equivalent.
- Articleship in Big Four companies is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
