Job description:
- Responsible for the payroll management, salary disbursement of Pakistani employees including third party employees；
- Responsible for the calculation and disbursement of tax and tax related matters of both Pakistani and Chinese employees.
- Manager the process of distribution of pay slips to the employees
- Responsible for recruiting and interviewing local employees.
- Responsible for local employees’ relations, onboarding and exit procedures.
- Responsible for annual and quarterly performance management.
- Responsible for implementing labor laws alongside company policies and deal with possible labor disputes.
- Managing life and health insurance by coordinating with the insurance company and also looking after the employee welfare benefits such as EOBI.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with third party companies and other external vendors.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years of working experience in HR department
- Has good English speaking and interpersonal skills
- Confident and Hardworking
- Proficiency in MS office especially MS excel
- Working experience in a Chinese company will be a plus
