Trainee Engineer
Responsible for:
- Maintaining close contact with defined customers.
- Promoting Energy Service products & solutions to prospective customers.
- Inquiry receipt & handling.
- Customer RFQ analysis.
- Bid / offer generation & submission.
- Technical and Commercial clarifications.
- LoA Overview.
- Customer financial analysis.
- Customer order review & clarifications prior to order confirmation.
- Handover project to order execution team.
- Sales process documentation as per Quality Management Process.
- Ensure active liaison with concerned ES SF team members of Region & Head Quarter.
- Ensure documentation & recording of all sales activities starting from Inquiry till order.
- Ensure compliance in all the related sales activities.
Responsible to use & update following online tools:
- Inquiry database
- Online LoA tool
- SAP – KSP
- SIEMOP Apply
