Position :Executive Accounts – AR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate AR aging reports and financial records.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customers for payment-related queries.
- Assist in month-end closing and audit processes related to receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualification: BBA/MBA/M.Com
- Experience: 3-4 years in Accounts Receivable (preferably in manufacturing/steel industry)
