Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and Manage social, Environmental, HSE, Traceability, and sustainability compliance across the organization.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead customer and third party audits, including BSCI, WRAP, HIGG, FEM/FSLM (SLCP), GTW, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with Punjab labor laws, NEQS, statutory regulations, and customer codes of conduct.
- Lead and manage traceability and chain of custody audits and certifications, including GOTS, OCS, GRS, and Regenagri.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs and coordinate with HR, production, HSE, quality, procurement, and sourcing teams to drive continuous compliance and improvements.
- Oversee chemical management systems, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and manage chemical compliance platforms such as Bhive.
Skills :
- Knowledge of labor laws, buyer compliance standards, and EHS requirements.
- Audit Management and strong communication skills.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree from HEC recognized institute.
- 8-10 Years of relevant experience.
