Job Title: Learning And OD Executive
Job Location: Karachi
Job Description:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential while developing his or her own career in Learning and Development.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Training need assessments across the organization
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
- Facilitating learning interventions, including technical, behavioral, and leadership programs
- Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
- Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems
- Contribute to L&OD department events & activities
- Execute and provide support on other tasks assigned by the L&OD Lead
Should also be able to:
- Have proven work experience in learning and development
- Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
- Managing budgets and managing people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent/ other qualifications in HR
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar role
