Job Title: Learning And OD Executive

Job Location: Karachi

Job Description:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential while developing his or her own career in Learning and Development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Training need assessments across the organization
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
• Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
• Facilitating learning interventions, including technical, behavioral, and leadership programs
• Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
• Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems
• Contribute to L&OD department events & activities
• Execute and provide support on other tasks assigned by the L&OD Lead

Should also be able to:

• Have proven work experience in learning and development
• Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
• Managing budgets and managing people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent/ other qualifications in HR
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar role
