We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong costing knowledge, SAP exposure, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate cost reporting and control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate product costing records, including material, labor, and overhead components
- Prepare pre-order costing sheets for sales orders and ensure completeness before approval
- Verify and update Bill of Materials (BOM) to align with correct product cost structures
- Coordinate with Production and Planning teams to obtain updated consumption data and cost inputs
- Perform variance analysis of material, labor, and overhead costs and report deviations to management
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support cost control initiatives
- Ensure timely and accurate SAP entries related to costing, production, and inventory transactions
- Reconcile system generated costing with physical data and resolve discrepancies
- Support ERP improvements, testing, and data validation related to costing modules
- Assist the Costing Manager in system updates, reporting requirements, and monthly closing activities
Qualification & Experience:
- CMA Finalist, B.Com, BBA, or BS Accounting & Finance preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in costing, accounts, or a relevant field
Hands-on exposure to SAP / ERP costing modules will be preferred
Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
