Sapphire Diamond Jobs Assistant Manager Sourcing :

We are looking for a member to our Fabric Sourcing team who have a passion for supply chain management, vendor development, fabric procurement, and cross-functional coordination.

The major areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:

Lead fabric price negotiations with local and international suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
Source body fabrics and pocket lining materials for bulk production requirements.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while continuously exploring new sourcing opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal stock turnover.
Coordinate with Finance for supplier payments, Letters of Credit (LCs), and other financial transactions.
Resolve fabric quality issues by collaborating with Production teams and fabric mills.
Manage claims and settlements with suppliers and mills.
Oversee logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely material deliveries.
Conduct vendor evaluations and identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
02 – 03 years of relevant experience in Fabric Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of fabric manufacturing processes and industry standards.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
