Job Title: Sr. Deputy Manager – Finance (Receivables)
Location: Lahore

Sapphire Diamond Fabrics Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our Accounts & Finance team as a Sr. Deputy Manager – Finance (Receivables). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts receivables, financial reporting, and process optimization to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee timely processing and reconciliation of customer invoices to maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records, internal controls, and accounting policies.
Lead and manage the accounts receivables team to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement within accounts receivables.
Ensure all receivable activities adhere to company policies and financial regulations, while preparing essential reports for management.
Manage customer relationships, addressing and resolving disputes related to payments or invoicing.
Prepare and analyze aging reports, cash flow projections, and customer performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing for receivables.
Assist with financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Key Requirements:

Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to drive process improvements through innovation and ownership.
Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP S4H) and advanced Excel skills.
5-6 years of experience in accounts receivables, preferably in the textile industry.

Qualification: CA Inter, ACCA, Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance or an equivalent qualification.
This role is based at our Corporate Office, Gulberg, Lahore.
