Job Description – Assistant Manager Dyeing
The Assistant Manager Dyeing will be responsible for overseeing the complete dyeing process, ensuring high-quality production, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and optimize the entire yarn dyeing process, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
Manage raw material inventory (dyes, chemicals, and supplies), minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Ensure smooth functioning and preventive maintenance of dyeing machines and equipment, coordinating with the maintenance team for timely repairs and upgrades.
Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the dyeing process to ensure consistency in color, texture, and finish.
Monitor and analyze process costs, identify improvement opportunities, and introduce cost-saving measures.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
Prepare and present reports on dyeing process performance, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations.
Collaborate with production planning, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Develop and implement a structured training plan for staff, ensuring skill enhancement as per departmental needs.
Manage workforce availability and address administrative concerns in coordination with the administration department.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: FA / FSc (or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in dyeing operations or a related field.
