WE ARE Hiring HR MANAGER – RETAIL Head office – Karachi
Proven experience in Retail Industry is mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the entire process of finding, hiring, and integrating new employees into the retail environment.
- Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implementing performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing strategies to improve employee performance.
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administering payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Ensuring the retail business adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with retail management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in the retail industry.
