Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies via social media/ads, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate interviews and selections based on approved criteria and CVs.
- Employ various selection methods, including interviews, assignments, and tests.
- Review employment applications and conduct thorough background checks.
- Employ effective sourcing methods to fill challenging roles in the textile sector.
- Represent the company at career fairs, college events, and similar platforms.
- Develop and execute employer-branding activities to attract top talent in the textile industry.
- Promote employee engagement and encourage advocacy for the brand.
- Define HR and recruiting KPIs for measuring success and driving improvement.
Core Expertise:
- Proficiency in recruitment marketing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, and social media platforms.
- Experience in organizing and participating in job fairs and technical institute events within the textile sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software for streamlined recruitment management.
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of Graphical Designing.
Qualifications:
MBA/MPA/MS specialization in HR recruitment, focusing on Weaving & Spinning in the textile industry. Preference for candidates based in Faisalabad and those with SAP HCM knowledge.
5-6 years of progressive experience in relevant HR roles within the textile sector.
