1-Executive Procurement (Imports)

✓1-3 years experience preferably in Import Procurement
✓ Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain or a similar field

Skills & Competencies

•Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee on-time deliveries aligned with production needs.
•Resolve quality and delivery issues with suppliers effectively.
•Maintain communication with other departments for seamless operations.
•Manage logistics for air and sea shipments, including forwarders, inland transportation, and customs clearance.
•Develop and identify alternative sources for imported materials, optimizing costs.
•Ensure adherence to all import/export regulations and policies.
•Conduct market visits to identify and negotiate best-value options for critical supplies.

2- Senior Executive Procurement

✓3-4 Years experience in Supply Chain
✓Bachelor’s or Masters in Supply Chain or relevant field

Skills & Competencies

•Plan, organize & control procurement of stores, spares & services.
•Create POs in #SAP, and manage stock reorder levels.
•Source vendors and negotiate contracts
•Prepare reports, track orders, and manage delivery timelines & quality.
•Submit invoices, and follow up on payments.
•Build strong relationships with vendors & suppliers.
•Conduct market visits to identify and negotiate best-value options for critical supplies.

3- Management Trainee Officer – Sales

✓Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior sales or internship experience is a plus.
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
✓ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
