Job Description:
- Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures and their implementation
- To maintain employee records and paperwork.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- To maintain employee records (attendance, personal records etc.) according to policy.
- Preparing payrolls.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements and skills:
- At least 1 year experience as HR officer and administration.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field.
