R&I Electrical Appliances (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan’s leading consumer electronics company representing renowned brands Kenwood and Homage, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of:
📍 Location: Karachi – Head Office
🏢 Department: Import
Division: Supply Chain
Position: Manager Import
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, lead, and control all affairs of the Import Department in line with company policies.
- Manage all commercial matters related to pre- and post-import processes.
- Handle customs-related activities including documentation, clearances, examinations, and bank guarantees.
- Prepare and review shipping documents with accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, shipping agents, and international vendors.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for shipments, LC documentation, and logistics activities.
- Maintain strong communication and vendor management for seamless import operations.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Supply Chain preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing organization.
- Strong understanding of customs rules, import procedures, and international trade practices.
- Additional certifications in Supply Chain or International Trade will be an advantage.
