CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AT PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT (PMU) OF APNI CHHAT APNA GHAR (ACAG), PHATA

The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals domiciled in Punjab for various contract-based positions (Non-Transferable) within the Project Management Unit of the APNI CHHAT APNA GHAR PROGRAM (ACAG). ACAG is a flagship program aimed at providing 100,000 housing units to the low-income segment of society across Punjab in 4.5 years. The Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department is the administrative department, while PHATA is the executing agency.

Available Positions:

Program Director (PPS-11)
- Salary: 70,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: BSc. in Civil Engineering, Bachelor’s in Architecture, Urban Planning from a recognized university, and Master’s in Project Management/Urban Planning/Urban Engineering. Higher degrees preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in donor-funded programs, including 10 years of senior management in housing/urban planning projects.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Estate Management Specialist (PPS-10)
- Salary: 55,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Master’s in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Urban Design, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in estate management or related fields, with experience in green and sustainable planning.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
Manager Urban Developer (PPS-10)
- Salary: 55,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Master’s in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in urban development, housing, or urban planning.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
Manager Planning & Implementation (PPS-10)
- Salary: 55,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: BSc. in Civil Engineering or Master’s in Urban Infrastructure Planning and Design.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in urban infrastructure projects, designing, and managing municipal projects.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
Manager Procurement & Contracts Management (PPS-10)
- Salary: 55,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Master’s in Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in procurement, contract management, with additional certifications in contract management preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
Financial Specialist (PPS-8)
- Salary: 35,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. FCA/FCCA/ICAEW preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including experience with donor-funded programs.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
Specialist Legal (PPS-8)
- Salary: 35,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Master’s in Law from a recognized university, LLM preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in legal frameworks, including land laws and housing.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-8)
- Salary: 35,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Management, Business Statistics, or Public Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation in government or donor-funded programs.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Assistant Manager Planning & Design (Environment) (PPS-8)
- Salary: 35,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Engineering, Sciences, or Environmental Management.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in environmental impact assessment for donor-funded projects.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman (PPS-7)
- Salary: 25,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship from a recognized board.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
AutoCAD Operator (PPS-6)
- Salary: 11,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Minimum Matriculation and Diploma in AutoCAD.
- Experience: 5 years’ experience as an AutoCAD operator.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Office Assistant (PPS-5)
- Salary: 11,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Minimum FA and Diploma in MS Office.
- Experience: 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Computer Operator (PPS-3)
- Salary: 6,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Minimum FA and Diploma in MS Office, 25 WPM in English, and 100 WPM in Urdu typing.
- Experience: 15 years of experience in relevant field.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Dak Runner (PPS-2)
- Salary: 5,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Minimum Matriculation (2nd Division).
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Office Boy (PPS-2)
- Salary: 5,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Minimum Matriculation (2nd Division).
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Driver (PPS-2)
- Salary: 5,000 PKR/month
- Qualification: Minimum Matriculation and LTV license.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

General Terms & Conditions:

The positions are contract-based for the ACAG program.
Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab.
Positions are non-transferable.
No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
Candidates working in government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
Submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification.
Degrees must be recognized by HEC or equivalent.
The degree programs must have been completed on or before the closing date of the advertisement.
