VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: A progressive public sector company in Sindh province, registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, is seeking capable and dynamic individuals for contractual positions. All positions are Karachi-based.

1. MIS Senior Specialist

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency in database management, ERP systems, data analysis tools, and reporting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects with knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals.

2. Company Secretary

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or related fields.
• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years as a Company Secretary in a reputable organization.

3. Project Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Health, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in community-based infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Experience working with international donors and diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of participatory development processes, water supply systems, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion.

4. Social Safeguard Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social development and community mobilization.
• Expertise in voluntary resettlement, social assessments, and livelihood restoration plans.
• Experience with projects funded by international agencies (e.g., World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank).
• Knowledge of water supply systems, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion.

5. Contract Management Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Law, Business Administration, or Contract Management.
• Master’s degree or PGD in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in contract negotiation and administration, with World Bank or donor-funded projects being an advantage.

6. Climate Support Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or Sustainability.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in climate change, sustainability, or environmental management.

7. SAP/MIS Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling SAP, Big Data Analysis, or related fields.

8. WASH Engineer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in designing and implementing WASH or community-based infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in rural and urban infrastructure projects focused on sustainability and climate resilience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of GIS, MS Project, and other engineering software.

9. Graphic Designer/Media Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• 10 years of experience in media management or public relations.

10. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or Economics.
• Certification in Monitoring & Evaluation is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for development projects.

11. WASH Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Public Health.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience in developing and implementing hygiene promotion strategies in rural areas.
• Experience in community engagement and facilitation.

Terms and Conditions:
