Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies), is seeking resumes for the position of Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager Quality at its Port Qasim, Karachi location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product and process audits to minimize defects and rework.
- Maintain inspection measuring & test equipment calibration and MSA activities.
- Lead a team of inspectors to ensure quality checks during production and assembly.
- Address customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 & IATF-16949 system requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall process efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
BE / BS Mechanical.
Expertise in automotive Quality Assurance.
Good written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office & quality management tools.
Experience: 6-8 years in Quality Assurance, preferably from the automotive industry.
