WE ARE HIRING! ASSISTANT MANAGER QA & PACKAGING
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position is responsible for managing sampling, testing, and quality checks of incoming packaging materials, performing visual comparison tests with approved benchmark quality standards, checking artwork, color scheme, and packaging material (plastic bottles, closures, labels, cartons) quality, and ensuring compliance with specifications. To handle documentation, prepare reports, and maintain SOPs. The role involves managing material rejections, supplier audits, and providing support for packaging development and mold processes. Additionally, to assist in online QC activities during production, finished goods inspections, and product categorization for saleability. Strong attention to detail and quality standards is essential, as well as assisting in arranging quality packing materials from suppliers through strong communication with them.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary: 90,000 – 95,000 (based on experience & skill set)

- Bachelors/Masters in Chemistry / B.E Chemical
