Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Here’s the job description:
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to meet current and future business needs by aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and partner with department heads to forecast and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Design and implement targeted training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives to promote continuous learning.
- Manage timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with statutory regulations and internal compensation policies.
- Foster a positive work environment by proactively managing employee relations and leading conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Drive performance management by implementing appraisal systems, setting clear KPIs, and aligning employee performance with business objectives.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance practices aligned with legal and organizational standards.
- Conduct HR audits, risk assessments, and ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws and internal governance frameworks.
- Provide strategic HR leadership by championing change management, developing HR teams, and fostering a high-performance, value-driven culture.
- Lead reward and recognition programs, including incentive programs design and reward toolkit.
