Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is urgently hiring for: Technical Staff Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze integration requirements from business stakeholders.
Collaborate with business analysts, clients, and IT professionals to understand and document integration needs.
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and country teams to analyze integration needs and data exchange requirements.
Create data mappings and define API specifications including request/response details, data validations, and message formats.
Identify business use cases for integration and document integration requirements, including API request/response samples, ensuring timely review and approval from external stakeholders.
Maintain a centralized integration architecture repository, including system diagrams, data flows, interface specifications, and environment-specific API URLs/paths.
Provide training and support to end-users and IT team members on integration-related topics.
Design integration solutions to connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources using appropriate tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
Perform API testing using tools like Postman and SoapUI to validate requests/responses and troubleshoot errors.
Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure data integrity and functional compliance.
Collaborate with integration developers and support teams to diagnose and resolve integration issues promptly.
Perform gap analyses and assess the impact of changes or enhancements to existing APIs.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
6–7 years of experience in IT business/integration analysis, integration development, or related fields.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and associated methodologies.
Hands-on experience with integration projects, including documentation of integration specs and API testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of API concepts, protocols (REST, SOAP), and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.).
Proficiency in writing detailed integration documents, API specifications, and business use cases.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and release cycles.
Ability to conduct data analysis and data modeling to meet business requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of database design and SQL.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
Familiarity with API documentation platforms (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to guide and motivate a team toward successful project delivery.
