Position: HR Manager
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role for around 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
