The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) seeks qualified individuals to fill various regular/contract positions. Selection will be merit-based.

1. Joint Director Aero Medical (EG-05)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: MBBS from HEC-recognized university, PMDC registration, Diploma in Aviation Medicine.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years as Medical Practitioner, including 4 years in Aviation Medicine.
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 343,628 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.
• Contract: 3 years (extendable)
• Age Limit: Maximum 53 years (including age relaxations).

2. Joint Director AAR (ANS Inspector) (EG-05)

• Positions: 4
• Qualifications: 14 years of education from HEC-recognized university, ATC license with ratings.
• Experience: 15 years of ATC experience in Civil Aviation; experience in CAA regulatory framework preferred.
• Quota: Merit – 1, Punjab – 2, KPK – 1
• Salary: Rs. 343,628 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.
• Contract: 3 years (extendable)
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (including age relaxations).

3. Joint Director IT (Application) (EG-05)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, IT (16 years of education), 2nd Division.
• Experience: 15 years in software development; 7 years in aviation industry. Skills in ASP.NET, MVC architecture, database management, and aviation audit systems required.
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 343,628 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.
• Contract: 3 years (extendable)
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (including age relaxations).

4. Deputy Director Aero Medical (EG-03)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: MBBS with PMDC Registration, Diploma in Aviation Medicine.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years as Medical Practitioner, including 3 years in Aviation Medicine.
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 247,952 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.
• Contract: 3 years (extendable)
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (including age relaxations).

5. Deputy Director IT (Systems) (EG-03)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Telecom, Electrical or Electronics, 2nd Division.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in system engineering and storage management. Certification in Microsoft, VMware, or Amazon preferred.
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 247,952 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.
• Contract: 3 years (extendable)
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including age relaxations).

6. Deputy Director Legal (EG-03)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Graduate and L.L.B, 2nd Division.
• Experience: 9 years as practicing lawyer or 5 years as government Law Officer.
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 247,952 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.
• Contract: 3 years (extendable)
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including age relaxations).

7. Deputy Director Finance (EG-03)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: CMA/CA Finalist/ACCA or MBA (Finance)/M.Com, 2nd Division.
• Experience: 6 years in Finance/Accounts in a reputable organization.
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 247,952 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.
• Contract: 3 years (extendable)
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including age relaxations).

8. Assistant Director AAR (Civil) (EG-01)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (16 years of education), 2nd Division, with valid PEC Registration.
• Experience: 3 years in aerodrome master planning, pavement design, evaluation, and maintenance (preferred).
• Quota: Merit

9. Assistant Director AAR (Electrical) (EG-01)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 2nd Division, with valid PEC Registration.
• Experience: 3 years in Aerodrome Electrical & Airfield Lighting System Design, Operation, and Maintenance (preferred).
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 56,280 – 168,880

10. Assistant Director AAR (Rescue and Fire Fighting Services) (EG-01)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, 2nd Division, with valid PEC Registration.
• Experience: 3 years in Rescue and Fire Fighting Services (preferred).
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 56,280 – 168,880
• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per rules).

11. Assistant Director AAR (Wildlife Hazard Management) (EG-01)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences with specialization in ornithology (preferred), 2nd Division.
• Experience: 3 years in bird-related studies (preferred).
• Quota: Merit
• Salary: Rs. 56,280 – 168,880
• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per rules).

12. Assistant Director AAR (Safety Management System) (EG-01)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Aeronautical Engineering, 2nd Division.
• Experience: 3 years in Safety Management Systems (preferred).

13. Assistant Director AAR (CNS) (EG-01)

• Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering, 2nd Division, with valid PEC Registration.
• Experience: 3 years in CNS with Basic ATSEP Course (preferred).

• Experience: 3 years in Aeronautical Communication Procedures with relevant courses (preferred).

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per rules)

Application Procedure:

Terms of Reference:

1. Eligibility Requirements: Only candidates who fulfill the specified requirements and submit complete applications will be considered.
2. Test/Interview Locations: Tests and interviews will be held at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, with specific notices issued based on candidate numbers.
3. Document Verification: Candidates called for an interview must bring original documents for verification.
4. No TA/DA: No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for the test/interview.
5. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must meet the Civil Aviation Authority’s (CAA) medical fitness standards.
6. Posting: Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan as per PCAA requirements.
7. NOC for Government Employees: Candidates employed by government, autonomous bodies, or corporations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer before the interview.
8. Deadline for Applications: Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
9. Misrepresentation: Providing false information or attempting to influence the selection process will lead to disqualification for current and future CAA recruitment.
10. Document Authenticity: If any educational or other documents are found to be fake or bogus, the candidate’s appointment will be terminated immediately.
