We’re Hiring | Customer Relations Officer – Intern
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer – Intern to support our Customer Relations team in managing customer interactions, follow-ups, feedback, and service-related concerns. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a willingness to learn in a professional automotive environment.
Location: Karachi
Role Overview:
To support the Customer Relations team in managing customer interactions, follow-ups, feedback, and service-related concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Eligibility:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls and collect customer feedback.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and customer coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the DMS/CRM.
- Coordinate with Service, Parts, and Sales departments for customer concerns.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good follow-up skills.
- Basic computer skills; DMS/CRM knowledge is a plus.
