We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join us as a Trainers for Early Years Education
We Are Hiring Trainers for Early Years Education
Scope of Work:
- Conduct training sessions and professional development activities for preschool teachers as per the training plan.
- Support teachers in improving their teaching practices and overall classroom effectiveness.
- Prepare and facilitate relevant training activities, resources, and learning materials.
- Coordinate with regional team and schools for the effective implementation of training programmes.
- Maintain training records, collect feedback, and provide timely reports on training activities.
- Ability to deliver interactive and activity-based training sessions.
- Strong understanding of child development and Play-Based Learning methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; Urdu and English both.
- At least 5 years of training experience in Early Years Education (EYE).
- Trainers will be facilitated with customized training manuals comprising concepts, EduTech gadgets and AI Prompts.
- Develop academic materials (SOS, DLPS, & Support Kits).
Eligibility:
- MA/M.Ed.
- BA/B.Ed.
- Diploma in Early Year Education.
