We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Converting (Corrugation)
Roshan Packages Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead Converting Operations, maintain product quality and improve production efficiency at our Corrugation Plant.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Achieve production targets while ensuring adherence to schedules & timelines
- Maintain product quality in line with customer requirements
- Optimize maintenance strategies to minimize machinery downtime
- Manage & train converting staff to strengthen performance and efficiency
- Coordinate procurement of consumable parts, inks, dies & accessories
- Develop & implement SOPs for operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards & SOPs
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corrugation converting
- Strong knowledge of converting operations, production processes & machinery
- Sound understanding of quality standards, SOPs and EHS requirements
- Strong team management, problem-solving and operational coordination skills
