We are Hiring Manager – Proposals & Marketing (EPC Business)

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Sc. Mechanical (or equivalent) with an MBA from a reputable institute.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in an EPC environment, with at least 3–5 years leading proposal development, estimation, and bidding.
- Track Record: Proven expertise in managing complete tender lifecycles and commercial negotiations for major industrial projects or MNCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end proposal lifecycles, including technical and commercial bid preparation for turnkey industrial projects.
- Coordinate estimation, material take-offs, and pricing models with engineering and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with client specs, industry standards, and risk mitigation strategies during bidding.
- Handle pre/post-bid client meetings, technical negotiations, and consultant liaison.
- Drive marketing initiatives, corporate presentations, and pipeline tracking across target industrial sectors.
