Position: EUC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolution of Tickets assigned through ITop / IPeople within the defined TAT.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve various end-user complaints regarding applications, networks, and hardware End-Users from different departments resolve their issues, i.e., OS and MS Office, AV, password, MS Outlook, etc.
• Provide Extended support for software, especially in Hardware warranty and parts claims.
• Video conference Setup for various events and board meeting support.

• Managing and Reservation IP through the DHCP server.

• Resetting and unlocking the Domain account and Host Management through Active Directory, user, and computer Troubleshoot system and network problems by diagnosing and solving network printer issues.
• Providing Help Desk Support for password-related issues Hardware and software troubleshooting on endpoints.
• Responsible for managing compliance risk ‘inherent’ in their day-to-day activities, processes, and systems for which you are accountable. This includes the responsibility of business lines to own, develop, and update systems, policies, processes, and procedures to manage compliance risk inherent in their day-to-day activities.
• Responsible for managing the technological infrastructure and support systems that enhance end-user productivity and efficiency across the organization. This includes overseeing the full range of hardware, software, and services used daily by end users—such as desktops, laptops, Cisco devices, operating systems, applications, and user support functions. Managing IT inventory.

Position: Data Scientist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development, assessment, automation and governance of data science projects for building and enhancing customer understanding as well as targeted campaigns
• Develop actionable statistical models covering but not limited to predictive, clustering & segmentation (behaviour, payment, lifestyle etc.), digital (app propensity, app churn etc.), stratified sampling across selected KPIs, association rule mining to develop product affinity, etc. in open-source architecture (Python/R etc.)
• Credit and associated default risk establishment across base. Experience working in credit scoring, probability of default modelling and collections optimization is a plus.
• Design and development of model deployment pipelines (MLOps)
• Ad hoc drill downs, investigative analytics and profiling exercises using complex SQL queries to be accomplished as part of the day-to-day activities
• Proactively work with various departments including business heads to provide advanced analytics, data modelling systems and insights
• Work in close coordination with the BI team in the department as custodian of data science projects and act as bridge between commercial users and Technology

Knowledge and Experience

Education: BS(CS/Mathematics/Engineering/Statistics), Masters in relevant area (Preferred)

Experience:

Position: Manager – Business Continuity Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and improve the enterprise BCM framework, policies, standards and procedures.
• Conduct and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across business units.
• Partner with Risk Champions and business stakeholders to develop, review and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Define, review and challenge Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) with business and technology teams.
• Coordinate crisis management planning, incident response readiness and recovery strategies.
• Plan, execute and document BCM tests, simulation exercises, tabletop exercises and disaster recovery drills.
• Monitor remediation of gaps identified through assessments, testing and audit reviews.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports and presentations for BCM and Crisis Management steering committees.
• Provide support during actual disruption events and coordinate recovery activities with key stakeholders.
• Ensure BCM practices align with regulatory expectations, operational risk frameworks and industry best practices.
• Deliver BCM awareness sessions and training programs across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain BCM documentation repository.

Knowledge and Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business/ Finance/Economics/Statistics) /CA Inter/ ACCA

Experience: 3-5 Years Risk Management, Banking Industry.
