Qualification: Bachelors
Job Title: Retail associate (Fragrance)
Experience: Previous retail, sales, or fragrance experience preferred.
Requirement: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Knowledge of different perfume families and fragrance trends is a plus. Basic math and cash handling skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our fragrance section. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of perfumes, excellent sales skills, and the ability to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations based on their preferences
• Educate customers on different fragrance notes, brands, and product benefits
• Demonstrate and promote various perfumes to encourage sales
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage returns/ exchanges as per store policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fragrance section
• Stock shelves, update price tags, and ensure product availability
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay updated on new fragrance launches, promotions, and industry trends
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
