ASM will ensures the store’s continuous delivery of the brand/company’s customer service standards in order to meet or exceed customer’s expectation and satisfaction. Consistently ensures merchandising according to the VM plans with the support of the visual merchandising team and the store manager. Organizes the achievement of sales and operational targets set by management while striving to meet or exceed the annual business plan objectives and expectations. Job location: Lahore. The candidates holding sale retail experience will be considered. Location Karachi and Lahore. Qualification Graduation / Master preferably require 10 years Retail experience of handling multi-store experience. Regional manager will be in charge of whole region. Regional manager will determine the operational practices of all stores in that region, making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, complies with marketing and sales campaigns and meets budget and sales goals.
