Outfitters is looking for “Executive Taxation”. the candidate must have hands on following

1. Preparation & timely filing of monthly Sales Tax Returns, Withholding Income Tax WHT Statements & Provincial returns.
2. Prepare supporting data for complying Tax Notices.
3. Follow up and resolution of pending issues in monthly tax returns with relevant department.
4. Co-ordination with Tax Consultants.
5. Issuance of tax certificates to relevant stake holder as per demand.
6. Follow up with finance / accounts department for missing contracts / document etc.
7. Responding to queries raised by external stakeholders.

We are looking for ” Deputy Manager Sales Tax” and must be capable of

• Filing of monthly, annual and all statutory returns
• Responding to notices issued / proceedings initiated by FBR on timely basis without any unnecessary delay or adjournments.
• Coordinating with in house IT, FBR and PRAL authorities for resolution of POS integration issues.
• Maintenance of all taxation related documents and other FBR issues
• Able to make compliance independently for the notices/ letters issued from the tax department.
• Capable to attend and contest hearings before the Taxation Officer and Commissioner with all preparation and case knowledge.
• Shall be responsible to supervise and monitor the subordinate staff of tax department.
• Coordinating with developers for developing in-house automated reports for uploading monthly/annual returns
• Identifying tax risks on an ongoing basis and striving to bring process efficiencies preferably through automation and implementing best practices.
• Maintenance of complete and up to date data as required under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 and Sales Tax Act 1990 is maintained in soft and hard forms

Qualification: CA finalist/ACCA
Experience :5 years
Skill set : Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferable

• Assist in analyzing and reviewing the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management.
• Analyze legal information and do the essential paper work.
• Vet and draft service, transportation, lease and other corporate agreements etc.
• Renew lease if terms have been expired and communicate with the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide legal advice on legal rights and applicable laws on Company.
• In case legal case needs to be filed, assist management on understanding the potential options and possible outcomes and legal counsel in filing the same.
• Attend hearings as and when required and report on judgments passed by the courts.
• If required investigate the matter by collecting information and statements of employees.
• Draft inquiry report with findings & recommendations and share with members of inquiry committee for their review.
• Define action plans and coordinate with various government authorities to resolve issues
