Position: Area Manager-Karachi
Reports to Regional Manager & National Operations Manager
Role: The Area Manager is responsible to supervise and command the complete area assigned by Head Office. This includes overall operations of 10-12 outlets. This is an exciting role for someone who is experienced in managing operations of a national/international fast food chain. It requires effective reasoning, analytical thinking and timely decision making capabilities in line to the company’s overall business strategy.
Responsibilities: To provide full operational support and lead the outlets and franchises assigned by Head Office. To ensure timely PNLs of regional outlets with authentic data gathering and numbers. Share emerging market trends of the industry with GM Ops for competitive analysis. Present KPI reports of MUMs/Outlets to seniors on weekly basis. Analyzing variances and introduce cost control strategies for outlets as per approval of GM Ops. Monitor overall sales performance of outlets in the region and take corrective measures to achieve sales targets. Ensure 5 star compliance of assigned outlets. · Food cost variance should be less than +1% or-1%. · Outlet man power planning should be according to the approved budget etc
