𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: IT Executive

Onederland – Lucky Entertainment Pvt Ltd seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support for CCTV , computer systems, hardware, software, network infrastructure, and end-user devices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, network, and application-related issues while ensuring minimal downtime and excellent user satisfaction.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

-Managed and administrate NVR systems and maintain all CCTV Camera’s
-Conduct regular / quarterly maintenance checks on CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
-Maintain accurate records of CCTV footage and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
-Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly; report any faults immediately.
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (desktops, laptops, and printers), software, and network issues.
-Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
-Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems.
-Install, upgrade, replace, and configure computer hardware components including RAM, HDD, SSD, motherboard, processor, power supply, and peripheral devices.
-Troubleshoot system boot failures, hardware errors, overheating issues, and performance-related problems.
-Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, workstation, and printer hardware issues including paper jams, print quality problems, connectivity failures, toner/cartridge issues.
-Ensure all daily tasks including User data, Outlook emails, and Software and applications availability support
-Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
-Maintain IT documents, IT Inventory , technical support logs and issue resolution steps.
-Assist with the implementation and maintenance of other IT systems, such as point-of-sale machines.
-Follow & Manage hardware / network & software maintenance SOP’s & Policies

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

-Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-4–5 years of experience in IT Support, CCTV Support, Desktop Support, or Technical Support roles.
-Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+ or equivalent will be an advantage.
