Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor production plans to meet order deadlines and production targets.
- Monitor Plan vs. Actual production and take corrective actions for delays.
- Track WIP across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Procurement, Stores, and Supply Chain for timely order execution.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and trims as per production plans.
- Monitor production capacity, manpower, and machine utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement actions to improve productivity and reduce lead time.
- Prepare daily/weekly production, WIP, and performance reports for management.
- Maintain accurate PPC data in ERP/MIS and ensure timely updates.
- Supervise the PPC team and ensure effective execution of planning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in the Textile/Garments industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and ERP/MIS systems.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage PPC activities, production schedules, WIP, and cross-functional coordination.
