Looking for a marketing leader who can build the brand, understand the customer, drive business growth, lead the overall marketing strategy, bringing together creativity, consumer insights and commercial thinking to grow sales, customer frequency and long-term brand equity.
KARACHI HEAD OFFICE
WHAT YOU WILL LEAD:
- Brand strategy, positioning and annual marketing plans tied directly to sales and P&L targets
- Digital and performance marketing, including app, web and aggregator channels, with a sharp eye on CAC, conversion and repeat orders
- Promotions, menu launches and value platforms that move traffic without eroding margins
- Consumer insights, data and CRM to understand who orders, when and why
- Agency, media and partner management, plus close alignment with Domino’s international brand standards
- A high-performing team that executes fast and learns faster
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Background in QSR, FMCG, retail, e-commerce or consumer businesses
- Strong experience across brand, digital/performance and CRM
- A track record of driving customer and revenue growth
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset and AI skills
- Leadership that combines creativity, pace and execution
