We are looking for “Assistant Manager Health Safety & Environment (HSE)”
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Certification: NEBOSH / IOSH, ISO 45001
Proven 05 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
-Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
-Provide training and support to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
-Investigate accidents and incidents, analyse root causes, and develop preventive measures to minimise future occurrences.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into daily operations.
-Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve our HSE programs.
