📢 Netkom Technologies is looking to hire an RF Technical Expert for its Islamabad office in Pakistan.
📍 Position: RF Technical Expert
Location: Islamabad
Project Duration: Long Term
Experience Required: 8 Years (Experience with Huawei and overseas experience is preferred)
Technologies: GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G
📍 Role Overview:
The RF Technical Expert will be responsible for training the existing team of RF engineers in GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G. Key tasks include, but are not limited to, KPI monitoring, optimization, scripting, SSV and cluster report preparation, quality checks of delivered work, and providing solutions to complex queries.
📍 Expertise and Skills Required:
- Extensive hands-on experience with GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G networks. – Ability to perform root cause analysis of network issues.
- Proven capability to train and lead a team of RF engineers.
- Strong technical management skills for large-scale network planning and optimization projects. – Excellent communication and programming skills.
- Experience in network planning based on evaluations, including strategy development, medium- and long-term traffic forecasts, capacity and coverage solutions, and LAC planning, with reasonable suggestions for long-term healthy network development.
- Ability to conduct in-depth analysis on KPIs and optimize the network for areas such as call drops, handover processes, interference, data services, and RF optimization, providing actionable suggestions.
- Familiarity with RTWP audits, FLM follow-up plans, and project daily and dashboard maintenance.
- Experience in creating Network Director monthly and weekly reports, WCL analysis, and conducting weekly meetings with customers.
- Capability to perform weekly data backups and implement daily optimization changes.
- Knowledge of parameter and neighbor audits, as well as data preparation for new site launches.
- Ability to evaluate capacity and monitor KPIs for special events.
- Experience in generating monthly ME reports.
